"I'm happy with the decision I made not to look for a management position too early," says Philippe. "The Irish National Stud course with Michael Osborne was a wonderful experience, and Gainsway with 40+ stallions taught me a lot about breeding shed organization. I wanted to make sure I would be comfortable with all aspects of farm activities before taking a farm manager position."
